Hi , myself and 10 !! Colleagues went on the Mystery tour with national holidays 13/14th July ( last weekend) . Ian was our driver.

Had a brilliant experience with Lynch Minibuses Coach Ltd for our office trip to the races last Friday. All communication between us and the team at Lynch Minibuses was prompt, polite and informative; they made every step of the process easy and gave us all the important info. On race day our driver (Herbert) arrived to the office right on time. The coach was spotless and really comfy, much better than others I’ve experienced! Everything about Lynch Minibuses coaches was a good experience. When I first contacted them they were friendly and helpful and gave good advice. whenever I contacted their office they were helpful and informative and efficient. On the day of the trip itself, the coach came early, the driver Eric was very pleasant and helpful. The coach itself was beautiful and modern with lots of leg room and very comfortable and nice and warm. The driver drove a long journey well and made two comfort stops and got us back home on time. Lynch Minibuses came through a recommendation and I’m happy to say we will be using them again. The coach was booked to take 22 golfers over to a match at Selby GC in Yorkshire. The whole booking process was faultless with excellent support from the office based staff both over the phone and in e mail communication. The bus, only a year old and in fantastic condition, duly arrived at the agreed time and the driver, Graham was excellent. They did exactly what it said on the tin !!!!

The trip to Lincoln was the 3rd time our Air Cadet squadron has used Lynch Minibuses. They offer the flexibility of smaller coaches & we’ve always found the drivers reflect well on the company. Lynch Minibuses also let you know the driver’s name & contact number in advance, very handy.
